BOOKING TERMS:
The following booking terms determine the conditions that apply for any bookings made with 26 Atolls, ("we", "us" and "our"). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your bookings, itineraries, rates and supplements, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them, any other terms will be communicated to all clients prior to the confirmation of bookings in writing.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Ø Responsibility:
All our clients must be of legal age (above 18 years) to create a binding legal obligation that may cause liability on your part as a result of purchases made on this site online or offline. You accept full financial responsibility for all or any purchases made from your side.
Ø Surcharges:
All rates are based on Room only, Bed & Breakfast, half board, Full Board and All-inclusive meal plan basis accommodation unless otherwise stated.
Transfer rates are per person return transfer to and from Airport (All transfers will be made only from the Airport Island unless otherwise stated)
All prices are quoted in United States dollars and any fluctuations of prices due to government action or other similar cause may result in a surcharge being imposed.
Ø Payment types and terms:
All transection fees shall be borne by the payee so that the receiver gets the full invoiced amount.

Ø Your Rights if we cancel:
We will inform you via email without delay if we cancel your reservation with reason and will offer you an alternative of at least a comparable standard (if one is available) or a full refund of the deposit within 21 days (as mentioned with reason).
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your accommodation is available on your arrival. However, if we are aware of it being overbooked before the time of your departure, we will inform you and offer you an alternative of at least equal standard (if available) or a full refund of the payment. If we are unaware of the overbooking at the time of your departure then we will offer appropriate compensation, if the alternative accommodation offered is substandard to the accommodation originally booked.
Please also do note that Maldives Resorts and Hotels are legally allowed to overbook by 20%.
Ø Personal Injuries:
We will accept responsibility for the negligent acts and errors that may occur (rarely) of our employees.
However, we will not be held responsible for any other circumstances that lead to the death, bodily injury or illness of you or any other individual. That said we encourage all our clients to opt for Travel insurance before your travel to any country.
Ø Client Services:
In regards to complaints, please make it known as soon as possible, to your assigned representative from our side or directly to us.
Please provide the fullest details as early as possible. Every effort will be made to arrive at a fair and satisfactory conclusion for the best of all involved.
Ø Deposit:
Once a booking gets confirmed, we will require you to pay the amount in full if the booking is in cancellation period or you can pay partly provided the travel and booking periods. All payment amount and time limits should be agreed by both parties before making any deposits. We need 100% of the total amount as a deposit for groups of 10 and above.
Ø Part payment or partial payment for an invoice(s):
Payment can only be accepted to be paid partially to any invoices which are on a nonrefundable basis. No refund will be made by cancelling the booking, regardless of the booking is out of cancellation period or inside cancellation period of the resort/ hotel booking.
Ø Full Payment:
We require payment in full after confirmation if the booking is inside the 100% percent cancellation period.
You can pay using a wire transfer to move the total amount to our bank account.
Full payment must be made immediately. If you cancel your reservation, your payment is subject to cancellation charges.
Please check the relevant cancellation charge for your particular reservation before you confirm any bookings.
Ø Hotel Voucher / Confirmation letter:
Once the booking is confirmed and full Payment is received, we will provide you with a confirmation letter / Hotel Voucher.
All Confirmation letter / vouchers must be present along with your original Passport to immigration upon arrival and at the Hotel reception at the time of check-in.
Ø Transfer:
All transfer Rates are quoted per person to and from Airport by Speed boat, Seaplane or Domestic Plane and are combined/group transfers.
You may have to wait at the airport to join other passengers or may have to leave earlier than checkout time depending the schedule of the transfers.
Depending weather or other such natural cause transfers may be upgraded to another mode of transfer available or downgraded. Please do note that as a policy we do not refund or pay for any circumstances occurred due to bad weather situations or natural occurrences.
Seaplane timings: 06:00hrs to 16:00hrs. Guests arriving after 16:00hrs on any International flight & guests with departure flights leaving before 09:00hrs have to stay First & Last night in Male'.
Luggage allowance for Seaplane transfer is 25Kg per pax. Excess will be charged USD2 per Kg. Seaplanes will not fly if the weather is bad. Clients are to bear all expenses (extension or any such) * Luggage allowance and Accesses charge are subjects to change without prior notice.
Ø Third party exclusions:
We cannot be held liable if any client is refused admission into the Republic of the Maldives.
The possession of valid passports or other required travel documents, such as airline tickets and hotel vouchers at the proper time, is the sole responsibility of the client.
Liability for the failure of any client to observe the law of the Maldivian Government during a visit is excluded.
Ø Dietary Requests:
We are not liable for the failure to meet dietary requirements, unless these were clearly stated when booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY IN DETAILS:
Ø Client Cancellations:
Cancellations are effective starting from the day we receive the request. All client’s will be notified of the acceptance of the cancellation.
The cancellation policy applies to all reservations and as our client it’s your duty to be aware of any applicable cancellation charges.
We will refund you the balance of your deposit, payment to your bank account by TT, after deducting if any cancellation charges provided the cancellation periods for the said booking.
Ø Booking policies in Maldives:
Different resorts, hotels liveaboards follow different cancellation policies and charges vary at different periods of the year. Once again make sure you are aware of the cancelation charges for your particular reservation before you book with us.
Ø Cancellation periods and No-show policies:
Bookings inside the cancellation period requires 100% non-refundable payment in order to confirm a booking.
Part payment or partial payment for any invoices is acceptable at nonrefundable basis only.
No-Shows Charges: No shows will be charged 100% of our invoice and nonrefundable.
Early Departures Charges: Early departures are treated as a cancellation and 100% of the total invoice value for the unused nights will be charged.
Ø Extensions and Amendments:
In any case you would like to extend the booking, you must contact us immediately and we will help with extension provided the availability and the extension charges must be bourn by client to us and we will proceed with the payment to the Facility.
All amendments must be sent to us via email.
By using 26 Atolls, you signify your binding agreement to these Terms and therefore we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions or all of terms and conditions at any time. Please check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
